Robotic Vision Engineering is a company that partners with European businesses to design, develop, and maintain the software behind their operations. We started small, stayed focused, and grew by doing work we're proud of.
Our Mission
To give European businesses access to engineering talent that actually understands their context — their regulations, their users, their timezones. We exist to close the gap between what companies need and what most outsourcing delivers: predictable quality, honest communication, and software that works years after launch.
Our Vision
A European tech landscape where mid-size companies don't have to choose between expensive local agencies and unreliable offshore factories. We're building a company that proves there's a middle path — senior-level engineering, direct communication, fair pricing — and that it scales.
How we got here
Eight years of steady growth, built on repeat clients and referrals — not marketing budgets.
Founded in Kyiv
Three engineers with a shared conviction: European companies deserve technology partners who work in their timezone, speak their language, and stay accountable. First office — a shared workspace and a whiteboard.
First major enterprise client
Landed a logistics platform rebuild for a German freight company. The project ran for 14 months and became our first long-term partnership — they're still a client today. Team grew to 6 engineers.
Went fully remote
What started as a pandemic response became permanent infrastructure. Built async-first workflows, invested in documentation culture, and hired across three countries without losing cohesion.
100th project delivered
Crossed the 100-project milestone. Expanded into AI/ML consulting and cloud architecture. Started working with clients in Scandinavia and the Netherlands alongside existing DACH region partnerships.
12+ engineers, 9 countries
A distributed team of senior engineers serving clients across Europe. Over 150 projects delivered. No venture capital, no outside investors — just revenue from work that speaks for itself.

Radical Honesty

We don't deliver code and disappear. Every engineer treats your product as if their name is on it — because it is in our internal reviews.

The best architecture is the one that's easy to understand, test, and change. We resist complexity unless the problem genuinely demands it.
